“Lake Izunuma,” a precious natural resource, is registered in the Ramsar Convention.
In summer, lotus flowers adorn the vast lake beautifully. The appearance of the swamp covered with big pink flowers is beautiful, and its scale and beauty are said to be the best in Japan.
The Hasu Festival is held every year in accordance with this period. Passing through the boat as if it is sewn on a small pleasure boat operated by the boatman, it looks like an paradise of pure earth.
